Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (RPETG)
Recycled PETG is a perfect material for people who prefer sustainability over versatility. The plastic is strong, flexible, affordable and perfect for most 3D printed parts. RPETG is recommended for cooler environments such as the Northern United States where temperatures on top or inside your vehicle will not exceed 150 Fahrenheit.
The filament is manufactured and purchased from IC3D Printers in Columbus Ohio.
“Recycled PETG by IC3D is made from PETG resin sourced from both industrial and commercial operations and is the preferred material within our in-house 3D print services department. Each production run of R-PETG uses 100% recycled content while maintaining consistent 3D printing performance. Recycled PETG filament will be reeled onto reused spools.”

Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA)
ASA filament is designed for high temperature, sunny applications where strength cannot be compromised. The parts are printed at 490 degrees Fahrenheit and rated for continual use at temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. ASA filament is great for parts inside the engine bay, on top of a vehicle roof/hood, or inside the cabin where direct sunlight is common.
Hight strength to cost ratio
Ideal for high temperature environments
Strong UV and chemical resistance
Made in China
Carbon Fiber Polycarbonate (PC)
Carbon Fiber PC is for those who require top of the line parts for their adventures, jobs, or daily life. The polycarbonate filament is mixed with carbon fibers to increase its strength, flexibility, and heat resistance. Carbon Fiber PC filament is rated for applications up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
One of the strongest 3D printing materials commercially available
