We’ve been working on bringing recycled plastics into the manufacturing field as a viable, sustainable, and profitable material. Thanks to our source, IC3D, Phillips Solar 3D prints products with 100% recycled plastic. The recycled plastic is sourced, turned into filament, and 3D printed into products in Columbus Ohio. The two Phillips Solar products that are invented and manufactured in house are the custom Flexible Solar Panel Mount System and the Bailout Plate. Phillips Solar is working on bringing these products to market while using highly efficient and sustainable manufacturing methods. The Flexible Solar Panel Mount System is a way to use recycled plastic to increase solar panel efficiency and practically. The Bailout Plates also uses recycled plastic to bring an added level of safety to your adventure vehicle.
